Project Summary:
a. Phase 2 consists of mass demolition of the existing structure and new construction of predominantly classroom space.
b. Phase 3 consists of mass demolition of a portion of the existing structure and new construction of classrooms. A portion of the existing building will be renovated for administration areas, kitchen, and cafeteria.
c. Phase 4 consists of mass demolition of the existing structure, renovation of some existing spaces, and construction of an interior courtyard.
