Tell us a little about yourself outside of work (family, pets, hobbies).
My favorite people to spend my days with include my wife, Emily, and our daughter, Lorelei. Our family enjoys the little pleasures of life such as family trips, visits to the park, and relaxing at home. I love to stay physically active by walking, playing basketball, and playing pickleball to name a few. If I want to relax, then I'm going fishing or watching a good movie.
What’s one fun fact most people don’t know about you?
I love to sing! I was involved in choir all throughout high school, and I was even the lead singer of a band that my friends and I put together.
What drew you to Bettendorf Schools?
I was raised in a small, rural setting in Western Iowa. Bettendorf reminds me of home because of the community support for their schools. It has those small town values with a big city vibe.
What are you most excited about in your new role?
I'm most excited about getting to know the students that I will serve, and the staff that I will be serving alongside with!
